"Quaranthing"

This is a self portrait photo of you and the things that are important to you during this quarantine.  I can't wait to see your final project. This will take two class periods:

DAY 1  - Come up with a list of your things and a general arrangement (circular, pattern, by color, symmetrical, etc). Read the guidelines below. Here are things to consider:

1. Your body's arrangement. This is a self portrait, you have to be in it, What do you want the position of your body to say? Are you sad, open, energetic, low energy? Make sure you use your body position to say how you are feeling.

2. Your ground surface is your canvas. This means your floor, carpet, rug, yard, etc is your canvas,
.You are laying everything on your canvas in a thoughtful creative way. What canvas (floor surface) will make the best background? Where can the best photo be taken? Does your background say something about your portrait? Note: When you take your final photo, you will need someone else to take the photo.
3. Arrangement of "things" - Your things  are the colors, shapes and lines that you put on your canvas. they are the things that make up your overall composition. Things should be in a thoughtful arrangement. You can arrange things symmetrically (same on both sides like a butterfly), in lines, circles, you can be curled around your objects....there are endless options. Here as some general arrangements below

This should be time capsule self portrait where you will look back on this photo in fifty years from now and really remember everything about it.
